Creating Sacred Space
We can create sacred space and
summon the healing power of nature anywhere on earth. Much of our fear and pain derives from the feeling that the
world is not a safe place for us.
Within sacred space, everyone is protected.
The sacred witness plays a significant role in supporting the dying person who is reviewing her life, finding purpose, and bringing relationships to a close. There are many methods to help another move through the process of recapitulation using words, objects, symbols, music or visualizations.
Cleansing of the Seven Chakras
Energy medicine is an effective method of clearing heavy energy that has built up over a lifetime. This ritual is easy to learn so that you can help the dying peacefully separate from their physical body. Clearing heavy energy eases one’s discomfort in the dying process and assists in the eventual journey to the other side.
Granting Permission to Die
An important step in the Death Rites is giving a loved one permission to die. If you let the dying person know that there is no reason to worry about those left behind, they do not cling to life and endure unnecessary suffering.
The Great Death Spiral
This rite is performed after your loved one has died. In the ceremony of The Great Death Spiral the seven chakras are disengaged and the luminous body leaves the physical body. The chakras are then sealed. This ceremony brings peace to all those who attend.
